How do I restore the hydrophobic effect on my wiper?+
When water stops beading on the silicone blade, dry-wipe the front windshield with your wiper (no water, no detergent) for about 10 minutes. This reactivates the hydrophobic coating. Repeat whenever beading fades.
What is covered under the 10-month full wiper warranty (+2 mo. when registered)?+
Covered: silicone hardening/cracks after normal use, coating failure, clip defects, and serious streaks with photos. Not covered: bad installation, dry wiping, harsh/inferior chemicals, accidental damage, expired/no proof, and sun-aging.
How should I care for my wipers?+
Use OGAS Oil Film Remover and AUTOGO HD Glass Coating for safe glass care. For coating: clean, rinse and dry fully before applying. After installing LUPHYX hydrophobic wipers, dry-wipe the front windshield 5–10 minutes (no water) to transfer the blade coating onto the glass.
Why dry-wipe the windshield before applying coating?+
A ~10 minute dry-wipe (no water, no detergent) on clean glass helps remove fine residue and prepares the surface so the coating serum bonds evenly. Apply coating only after the glass is fully dry.
